What

Nearly every Friday evening of the year, we hold a two-hour doubles event at Balboa Tennis Club. Each doubles team plays three sets, rotating courts and opponents between sets. To keep things moving, we use no-ad scoring.

Why

Friday Night Doubles is one of SDTF's most popular social activities. It's a great opportunity to play doubles with a variety of opponents, learn more about the club, and make new friends. So come join us for some great fun, friendly camaraderie, and challenging tennis!

Who

Players of all levels are welcome!

If you're not an SDTF member, you're welcome to join us and try it out, but you will need to become a member if you wish to continue attending.

If you're not a member of Balboa Tennis Club, you will need to purchase a day pass for $10.

How

Beginning Thursday at noon and ending Friday at 3 PM, use our online form to sign up for the upcoming Friday Night Doubles. We cannot accept entries submitted outside these times.

We do our best to accomodate all who sign up, but assignments are first come first served, so sign up as soon as you're able beginning Thrusday at noon.
