If a division does not have a minimum of five entries, it may be canceled or combined with another division. Entrants in the canceled division will be contacted with the option of a refund or participation in another division.

Waiting List

A waitlist will be maintained if more entries are received than can be accommodated in the draw. As players withdraw from the tournament, wait-listed players will become eligible to participate. Once the draw has been made, no players who would be seeded in a division will be allowed to substitute.

Seeding will be determined by using current GLTA rankings. Consideration may be given to recent and verifiable results in USTA sanctioned tournaments, head to head records, or other pertinent information. Tournament Director reserves the right to make the final decision based on GLTA/USTA rules.
